      The Special Hiking Pant is an athletic-styled pant for the active hunter. Great for spring turkey hunts and early fall archery, or as a concealing layer over warmer clothes in cooler weather. These ultra-light, unlined pants feature 4-way stretch woven fabric, no-slip waistband, two slash front pockets, two zippered cargo pockets and one rear zippered pocket. Diamond crotch gusset and 95% polyester/5% spandex blended fabric combine for unrestricted movement. Estimated temp range: 60-80 degrees, lower with layers*.

      1. Wish there wasn’t so much of a sheen to the fabric.

        Same issue as the long sleeve shirt I purchased. Love the pattern and hope that washing will fix the reflective nature of the garment. on 16th Aug 2023

      2. Lightweight but baggy

        These pants are perfect for early fall hunts when the temps can get hot. Lightweight, thin material so you don't get too hot. I've only worn them a handful of times so far so not sure how they old up to brush, burrs, etc. My only complaint is that the legs are pretty baggy. I feel like MC Hammer in parachute pants! Okay, they're not THAT baggy. Not a deal breaker by any means but wish they weren't so baggy. on 13th Oct 2022

      3. Great pants

        These pants are perfect for early season hunts. I live/hunt in Arizona and these pants are light and breathable for those very hot days. If I had any complaint it would be that these pants are baggy in the legs. I had my wife take in the seems on the legs and now they fit just right. Love Predator clothing (Brown Deception) and the customer service is great. on 5th Sep 2022

      4. Brown Deception

        Living in South West New Mexico "Brown Deception " camouflage blends in nicely with the desert surrounding . I cant wait to try it out this coming January on my deer hunt. The pant is a very light weight fabric but I think with a heavy base layer underneath they should work just fine. on 28th Oct 2020

        Pants were much larger than expected on 24th Oct 2020

      6. Waist size is way off

        I ordered 34 can't even touch the buttons together. I wear 32 to 34 in every brand u own. I'll have to lose more weight or sell them . To bad material is exactly what I was looking for. on 10th Apr 2020

        These pants are extremely comfortable when hunting in warmer weather. They are durable, thin and seem to be snag resistant. These are a must have for warm to hot climates. on 14th Oct 2019

      8. Great asset to a western spot and stalk!!

        This pant was absolutely AWESOME stalking antelope/Mule deer out west last week!! Quiet, comfortable and Lightweight....Even as the heat was in the 80-90 degree range the whole time we were there!! on 17th Sep 2019

      9. Very big and baggy. Not athletic fit at all.

        The special hiking pants were described as athletic but they are anything but that. Very baggy and wide in the leg. The material is great but just an overall very large pant. on 26th Aug 2019

      10. extreme light weight

        These pants are outstanding for early turkey season. When the mornings are warmer and your'e needing the ventilation these pants are perfect. The Spring Green pattern is the cats meow for early season turkey hunting as well. As the leaves start to pop......GONE! Size is true to fit and the stretch material is not binding when turning to look behind you and your shirt stay tucked in. You do not get over heated wearing these and the afternoon breeze can be felt through the lightweight material. Great job Predator. This will forever be in my turkey hunting arsenal.
