Estimated Delivery Time - UPS Ground




We ship our products from Wisconsin to all 50 states using UPS, which requires a physical delivery address. At this time we do not ship internationally but we have distributors in Canada and France. 

When you place an order, our system will estimate live shipping rates based on the total weight, destination zip code and the shipping method you choose during Checkout. 


RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling) if it is in NEW condition and in original packaging with tags still attached within 60 days from the shipment date. Credit will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the product. Please try on your clothes first for correct sizing before you remove any hang tags/stickers!

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

You may exchange an unused product for another size, color or style within 60 days of purchase if you purchased it directly from predatorcamo.com. 

Please send your unwashed, unworn items back to the address below. Write a note on your original packing slip that states whether you want to exchange the item(s) or receive a refund. No returns, exchanges or refunds on Sale Items (items listed in the Sale Items section of the Store with the word "Sale" in the description). 

EXCHANGES: Please include a $5 check or bill.

Send everything back to the address below using a trackable service like UPS, FedEx or Priority Mail:

Once received, your return will be processed in 1-3 business days (longer during peak season).

Repairs need an RA number so please email info@predatorcamo.com for more details.

NOTE: Please return items in clean, sellable condition. Items that need to be cleaned will be subject to $5/item deduction or may be rejected and returned back to you altogether.
